By accessing and using CRMSoftware as a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

CRMSoftware as a service is an AI-powered customer relationship management platform ("Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and update your account when necessary. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) transmit malware or harmful code, (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or (e) interfere with other users' use of the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy
You retain all rights to your customer data
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
You can export your data at any time
We will not sell or share your data with third parties without consent

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by CRMSoftware.ai
You are granted a limited license to use the Service for business purposes
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our Service
Our trademarks and logos must not be used without written permission
User-generated content remains the property of the respective users

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service
You have 30 days to export your data after termination
Certain provisions survive termination, including payment obligations

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time
Significant changes will be communicated via email
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
You should review these terms periodically
The 'Last Updated' date will reflect the most recent changes

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
The arbitration will take place in Delaware
Some jurisdictions may not allow arbitration agreements
